In Lagree, movements are slow and controlled. It targets excess bulk and tightens the body's deep core muscles for abs of steel. Sessions are intense but you'll achieve visible muscle definition significantly faster than Pilates or any other kind of Pilates-based workout.

In Lagree, each movement requires you to pay full attention to your body and its movements. You will learn to train your mental resilience, moving slowly with intention and purpose. It's not just a physical workout, it also develops your overall mindfulness.

Lagree combines core, strength, endurance, cardio, flexibility and mobility training techniques to increase your overall strength and stamina. This will assist you in all other physical activities.
